Job Description

1)Managing Team IT & Non-IT vertical2)Client servicing Handling clients & make sure mandate Shortlisting & closures are update3)Be a core Mediator with team & Clients4)Candidates should have good knowledge about IT or Non IT recruitment.5) Handling end to end recruitment of both the vertical6) Key part of the management team.7) Maintaining high levels of performance.8) Maintaining MIS Excel.9) Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team10) Communicating business priorities throughout the business with the Account managers11) Update recruiting procedures12) Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance13) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)14) Advise hiring managers on screening & Shortlisting techniquesExperience 4 to 7 years Recruitment industry Experience ( IT ,Non-IT,BFSI,KPO)Team handling and client management experience is a mustSalary : As per market standardsJob Location : Thane -Mumbai
