Job Description

    Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Sales coordination or freshers can also do.Diploma in mechanical or Mechanical Draftsman (preferred)Good knowledge of Drawings.Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer s requests.Good English communication skills.Interact with customer and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-salesHandle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints via mail or phone in a timely and accurate mannerSmartsheet updation.Order updates to customer.Monitor Order shipment to ensure on time delivery to customersMaintain database of customer sales orders and invoicing records
