Job Description

    RESPONSIBILTIES:-1)Responsible for handling IT requirements for our clients.2)Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect & analyze resumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates ORResponsible for full-cycle recruiting.3)Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels4)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.5)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.6)Candidate should be target oriented .
