Job Description

    1. Involved in end-to-end Recruitment.
    2. Understanding requirements of the clients.
    3. Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal etc.
    4. Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications.
    5. Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview.
    6. Scheduling face to face interviews with the Client Company and Interview coordination.
    7. Sharing feedback with candidates which is given by the client.
    8. Maintaining call report status on daily basis, offer status reports, pipeline report and weekly report.
    9. Filling positions within an organization. Developing own network of suitable candidates.
    10. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
    11. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
    12. Drafting and posting job descriptions.
