      • Responsible for working and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely implementation of new products and Day 2 requirements.
      • Ability to prepare detailed User Requirements encompassing multiple systems and processes related to customer servicing and regulatory compliance.
      • Skilled in project management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
      Key Result Areas:
      • Project Management / Business Analyst Good Understanding of life insurance products and its life cycleAbility in understanding and pre-empting the information needs of the customers and requirements of customer facing teams to deliver a best-in-class service experienceAbility to understand and articulate User Requirements / Business Requirement Documents in detail encompassing all relevant systems and regulatory requirements.Ability to coordinate with stakeholders from various departments and designations to ensure proper project deliveryCreate detailed test scopes and test plan and ensure testing is done meticulously including post-production movement testing.Ensuring detailed record management of each project implemented.
      • Experience 10 to 15 years of experience in Insurance Operations domainOf which around 5 years of experience in delivering medium to large size projects and Products Launches 10 to 15 years of experience in Insurance Operations domainOf which around 5 years of experience in delivering medium to large size projects and Products Launches
