Job Description

    1) Candidates should be Qualified Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA)2) Must have minimum experience in Tiles/ Sanitary ware 3) The Candidate Must have experience in the mentioned Location as of now hiring for local candidates ( Trivandrum, Siliguri, Tirupati, Coimbatore, Erode, Kolkata)4) Profile :- Area Sales Manager & Territory Sales Manager 5) Industry:- Building Material Industry ( Not acceptable steel & Cement Industry)-Responsibilities:Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; and maintaining relationships with clients.Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Maintain a good network of dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, government departments, etc.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Monitor and report on sales performance.Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.Requirements:Masters Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 5- 7 years experience ( 3 Years in Tiles / SWD is a must ) in building material industry experience for ASM/TSM.Good Communication skills in English & Regional languages.Candidate must have market exposure in the same location and nearby areas.No frequent job changes in career path.Salary Range:
