    Hi,we are hiring for the leading life insurance company for the Bancassurance channel.Ctc offered: 3.25lpa Incentives ReimbursementLocations: Pondicherry, Bardoli, Bharuch, Himmatnagar, Ankleshwar, Eluru, Tirupati, Ghaziabad, Mandvi, Anand, Guntur,Post- Business Development ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:The BDM has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branchesTarget AchievementDrive sales and achieve targets through the bank branchesSales SupportSupport the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc.Relationship ManagementThe Bank is the key customer of the BDM and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staffEngage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.Lead GenerationSpearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.Key performance indicatorsAchieving sales targetsActivate & Penetrate branches for Insurance SalesArranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skillsIncreasing productivity of bank branchInterested candidates kindly share your resumes on below mentioned :email id:hidden_emailor contact: hidden_mobile--
