Job Description

    (Preferable: General Trade)Desired Profile Should have FMCG sales experience. Preferable Spices & Foods.Responsibilities
    1. Totally accountable for the assigned region for both primary and secondary order generation.
    2. Monthly tracking of volume,territorysales,
    3. Planning &negotiating with assigned distributor, and wholesaler/ retailer effectively.
    4. Achieve product / SKU wise secondary as per the agreed targets
    5. Activation of new outlets forsalesand increase the market coverage
    6. Reporting / Discipline Should follow the organizational guidelines & must send reports to his seniors well in time.
    7. Tracking new promotions in competing brands
    8. Actively manages wholesales& Retails shops
    9. Willingness to extensive travel more than 90% in the territory and outside is essential
    10. Focus on all channels to achieve your distribution & display objective
    Professional Qualifications
    • Having 3-5 years of sales experience inFMCG Company (preferably Spices & Foods industry) Able to handle existing distributor and achieve sales target.
    • Problem-solving aptitude
