    Company DescriptionTYRE TECHNOCRATS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is a Tyre Management and mining company based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase and Procurement Manager. The Purchase and Procurement Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with procurement such as supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, contract management and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with the companys objectives and budgetary constraints. Forecast procurement needs and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Supplier Identification and Management: Source, select, and manage relationships with suppliers. Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to achieve favorable terms for the organization. Purchase Process. Oversight: Oversee the entire purchasing process, including requisition, approval, purchase order issuance, and receipt of goods or services. Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and procedures. Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions while maintaining quality standards. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or delivery timelines. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply shortages, price fluctuations, or supplier reliability issues. Develop contingency plans to address disruptions in the procurement process. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and inventory management teams, to understand their procurement needs and align strategies. Maintain clear and effective communication channels with suppliers and internal departments. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A masters degree may be preferred. Proven experience (6 years) in procurement, with 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supply chain management principles.Key Attributes: Leadership: Ability to lead a procurement team and drive results while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
