Job Description

    Experience: 2-5 years in Direct Sales/ B2B Sales/ Merchant Acquisition/ Retail Sales (Not Stores experience), preferably in Telecom Sales/ Digital Payment. Field sales & Team handling experience is a must. Digital payments & telecom sales experience will be preferred.Job Responsibilities:- Develop a strategy for acquisition of merchants and retailers from various segments.- Responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.- Manage a team of direct salespeople.- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.- Plan, formulate, and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.- Willingness to travel across the city to develop the market.Key Competencies:- 2-5 years of relevant field sales experience.- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.- Strong leadership and team-building skills.To apply for this role send us your resume at hidden_email
