Job Description

    Associate Enterprise Software EngineerEssential Duties & Responsibilities-Work with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on system design and development for the needed business requirements supporting various business units-Deliver utilizing standards/technologies like Angular, Java Spring Framework, Hibernate, Docker and Kubernetes.-Help ensure that standards and guidelines are created for all aspects of technology being used in the delivery, all delivery artifacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines and SLAs are being met for services-Ensure that appropriate unit testing is accomplished-Maintain and support applications in different environments including traditional hosting providers, private cloud, and public cloud (including AWS and Azure).Job QualificationsEducation:Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology, or related field.Preferred: Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.Experience:Good software development experience with hands-on experience in Java Spring Framework.Like to have good knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging such as SOAP, RESTful services, XML, HTTPIntegration experience with at least one DB (E.g. DB2, SQL, Oracle)Basic understanding of application security standardsKnowledge of SQL language, SQL FunctionsUnderstanding of error handling, application performance, thread management etc.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to senior management, peer groups and associatesDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures,
