Job Description

Associate Manager / Sr. AM Marketing About the Company: A global company in Chemical distribution Manufacuring Location: Vadodara Job Requirement : MBA qualified professionals with 45 Years of experience into sales marketing of chemicals, specifically to the Agrochemical / Feed / Fertilizer manufacturers.

Job purpose To create focus on product understanding and its applications for marketing globally. Marketing selling products of the company and generating revenues. Duties and responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements for value added services like repackaging, stocking, registration, customized grades, just in time align company to deliver them.
  • Understand critical product specification for different application align company to deliver them.
  • Promoting max brand its value added services to customers devise a reach out plan
  • Lead develop team to promote max range of products and its value propositions
  • Marketing products services of the Company and generating revenues for Company
  • Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales profitability
  • Developing Marketing strategy based on business plan of the company
  • Identifying and introduce New Products , New markets, New Customers
  • Increase market share of max range of products.
  • Relationship building retention plan for existing customer
  • Timely book Sales positions based on market intelligence
  • Increase share of contractual customers
  • Quality timely delivery of product to customer
  • Lead, inquiry and order management
  • Periodically review the performance of team and ensuring direction setting, corrective appreciative feedback, budgeting for the department monitoring with diverse culture location
  • Market representation agreement to augment sales
  • Ensure receivable management
  • Should be highly inclined to customer satisfaction complaint redressal
  • Cross functional Interface with Sourcing (for market intelligence on entire value chain products) -Risk- Finance- Logistics- Operation
  • Conduct Periodic review of product reports
  • Build and maintain Key Account relationship

Qualifications

  • Flair & Acumen to understand product applications
  • MBA in marketing. Chemistry background will be added advantage
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Sales & marketing of chemicals to cater the AGROCHEMICAL manufacturers.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with customers
