Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety of people and physical protection of the assets, property, materials and equipment
  • Ensure smooth interface with the village community
  • Ensure protection from possible unauthorised intrusion
  • Ensure protection from unauthorised access to sensitive assets and chemicals
  • Ensure protection from unauthorised exit of sensitive assets and hazardous chemicals Implement stringent systems / measures for establishing & maintaining high security standards in compliance with prescribed statutory norms
  • Deploy measures for improving upon the security systems, resolving of commonly encountered security problems including emergence as well as the external dangers, aimed towards destructing the peace and normality.
  • Coordinate and liaison with law enforcement agencies, government departments and administrative authorities and neighbour industries
  • Conduct trainings for security personnel & rest of the employees of the organizations and delegating workload to subordinates to ensure execution of operations
  • Develop and implement of SOPs required under various Security Management certification
  • Develop and implement of Visitor Management system, Weigh Bridge Control Mechanism, Transport and Material movement Administration
  • Play a Pivotal Role for Effective Implementation & Involvement as an Internal Intelligence/ Vigilance.
  • Monitor movement through CC TV Camera and take proactive / immediate actions wherever required.
  • Prepare daily, monthly and other MIS.
  • Develop and implementation of Emergency handling system with periodical training to the security personnel.
  • Identify of Security Training Needs and preparation of yearly Training Calendar
  • Should be able to develop own intelligence/ information systems
  • House- keeping, Gardening, Campus up-keep, Vehicle parking Management, VIP management
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Specialist Skill/Niche Expertise if any:
  • Ex-Army / Police background
  • Should have good understanding of English
  • Should be well versed with Gujarati language (written and spoken proficiency)
  • Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Security and Site Administration
  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed institute
