Job Description

    Purpose of the EDP Officer role:EDP Officer is responsible for providing best in class support to students by resolving issues related to iTutor, MS teams and other technologies. Also ensure, adherence to processes and operational compliance for managing the database of attendance, test results, batch enrolments and admission forms processing.As an EDP Officer, you are expected to:
    1. Manage students related information including absenteeism, fee submission and processing, timetable/teachers updates etc.
    2. Handle service calls of parents and students to resolve the issues.
    3. Supporting academic staff in service delivery - typesetting, hybrid learning tools, test/classroom material etc.
    4. Assist Branch Head, ABMs, Regional leadership with required reports.
    To be successful in the EDP Officer role you are required to have:
    1. Practical experience with a variety of software applications like Excel/Advanced Excel/MS Access VBA/ Macros are an additional advantage.
    2. Attention to details.
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, and comfortable while working on software related to stock management.
    2. Multi-tasking abilities.
