JD Estimation & Fabrication Engineer for workshopMonitoring and control of project execution for various plant machinery at site.Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.Effective handling of various aspects of a project such as design, planning, production, purchase, quality, man power handling, presentations, daily production reports, international client interactions on site.To prepare project execution plan for timely execution of project and to review the same on monthly basis.To monitor project progress against the planned progress and to prepare catchup plan wherever required.Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule and customer expectations.To ensure the timely delivery of material from supplier by visiting supplier works, to depute expeditors& to get the weekly updates from supplier regarding progress of orders.To monitor and review department progress weekly basis to avoid delay on any front.To ensure the deliveries from vendors (domestic & overseas) suitable for project keeping in view of inventory and waiting time both.Handling multiple contracts and acting as a single point contact to the clients.Interface with site to resolve site queries which are sent in terms of material not received, nonconformance reports and drawings, then discussing and analyzing the same with the engineering, procurement and expediting teams as required to arrive at workable solutions for site.Coordination with customer for negotiating and resolving various technical issues related to project.Overseeing mechanical installations, instrumentation works and performing inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of given tasks and monitoring staff and team performance.Lead the project & implement the execution plan, as well as resource planning.Review & solve issues of manpower management & vendor resourcing.Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between upper management & other team members from Engineering, Procurement, QAQC, Site, Production, Sales & Logistic.Provide support for strategic planning and Implementation of project methodologies.Identify cost or schedule reduction opportunities and ensure that these are pursued wherever appropriate.Control and monitor Project Schedule, Budget and Performance.Planning & Coordination with shop & site.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, lookahead / forecast schedule.Hand on Experience in Design requirements & Estimation Processes at various levels of & Sales Negotiations.Team player involved in international sales & supply, finding suitable market and development of business as per requirements.Strong experience in handling various sectors such as production, projects, planning, design, services, estimation or sales of a manufacturing industry.Strong commercial acumen and delivery in dealing with 3rd parties, clients.Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.A proven track for grasping new concepts and align with companies business vision.Demonstrated ability to help organizations in reviewing policies and align them to help meet business target of companies.Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule and customer expectations.Review the contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to the client, schedules, possible areas of concerns, action plans, and collect relevant information from various disciplines. To prepare project execution plan for timely execution of project and to review the same on monthly basis.Identifying, researching, targeting new business prospects and generating enquiries while liaising with new and existing clients. Develop new clients and new Segment for the company.Managing and maintaining databases of potential clients.
