Job Description

    As an Interior Designer Site Supervisor / Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to the design specifications and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Management:
      • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
      • Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
      • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
      • Implement effective project management techniques to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
    2. Site Supervision:
      • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and quality standards.
      • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work and timely completion of tasks.
      • Address any on-site challenges or discrepancies promptly to maintain project momentum and quality.
    3. Design Implementation:
      • Work closely with interior designers to translate design concepts into actionable plans and specifications.
      • Review design drawings, materials, and finishes to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
      • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings that meet project specifications and quality standards.
    4. Client Communication:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and budgetary matters.
      • Address client feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project correspondence.
      • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
      • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
    • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
