Job Description

    Regional ManagerJob descriptionJob Requirement
    • Responsible for achieving regional sales targets of Cable vertical including specialty cables.
    • Drive sales for Power, Control, EHV Cables Fire survival Cables
    • Responsible for evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information to improve sales and profitability of the Cable vertical
    • Organize lead project teams consisting of various support groups to respond effectively to unique business opportunities.
    • Responsible for Cable Sales marketing function including budget project objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
    • Develop strategic profiles of key / potential competitors and forecast markets, business volume, and market share.
    • Provide marketing support for corporate strategic planning.
    • Establish and maintain close ties with customers support groups.
    • Evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans forecasts, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives.
    • Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for Developing and executing a sales plan for the assigned territory
    • Required to Travel stay at various locations.
    Education QualificationElectrical Engineer.Knowledge Skills :
    • 3- 5yrs of experience in heading managing a regional team.
    • Target oriented, strong team management skills
    • Requires excellent communication skills, presentation, analytical negotiation skills.
    • Requires strategic planning skills, and the ability to translate corporate/business unit goals objectives into realistic marketing sales plans.
    • Strong Contacts within cable market segments are highly desirable.
    • Candidates with adequate experience in dealing with Government bodies/ Industry / Relevant projects Electrical segment will be preferred
