The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. They will also be a graduate and have a valid two-wheeler license.Responsibilities:
    • Recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company
    • Motivate the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company
    • Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors
    • Relationship management with other stakeholders
    • Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team
    Required Candidate -
    • Graduate
    • Min 2yr exp in field sales or MBA Fresher
    • Age - 23 to 40
