Job Description

The Role We have an opportunity for an Operation Support Analyst who would be acting as the client s point of contact for day to day operations service delivery and checks. This role demands attentiveness and adherence to process instructions and deadlines. Multitasking skill is the key requirement of this role. As the process runs 247, the rotational shift would be provided or can be changed as per the business requirements. Requirements

  • Good communication skills, Verbal and Written both is a MUST
  • Basic knowledge about Desktop, MS - Office, Window OS, Networking, Database management systems
  • Basic understanding and hands-on experience on the remote server
  • Some exposure to proactive monitoring of customer applications, Server health, Daily transactions at retailer end
  • Periodic report generation & extraction for customers
  • Troubleshooting issues in a prescribed scope
  • Executing SQL queries as per customer requirement
  • 247 Work process Environment. Hence the person should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
  • You will get exposure of interacting with our UK based customers and gain good understandings of IT support framework and processes.
