Job Description

    HelloWe are Leading placement companies in the world currently one of my client looking for below profile.Job Title: Project ManagerExperience: 8 years in ASP.NET or Java developmentRole Overview: As an IT Software Project Manager with extensive experience in ASP.NET or Java development, you will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Planning and Initiation:
      • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
    1. Team Leadership:
      • Lead and mentor development teams (ASP.NET or Java) to achieve project goals.
      • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are on track.
      • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    1. Risk Management:
      • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as needed.
    1. Quality Assurance:
      • Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
      • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    1. Communication:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
      • Provide regular project status updates and reports.
      • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
    1. Budget Management:
      • Estimate project costs and track expenses.
      • Ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
    1. Documentation:
      • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and technical documentation.
    1. Client Engagement:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or product owners.
      • Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
    • 9 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on ASP.NET or Java technologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with software development best practices and quality assurance processes.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
