    Job Title: Professional Training Developer( Instructional Designer)No of Positions -3Job Type:ContractLocation:Chennai/Bangalore/VadodaraClient :One of our MNC clientSkills: Instructional Designer, Wind turbines, instructional text, audio, and video scriptsResponsibilities:Develop course outline, module outlines and training materials for new turbines, multi brand turbines and MK upgradesCreate engaging learning activities and compelling course contentWork with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences training needsGood knowledge on Storyboard developmentSet instructional end goals and create content that matches themVisualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished productAnalyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional designProvide exercises and activities that enhance the learning processDevise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the courseMaintain project documentation and course foldersRequired Skills:In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsVisual design skills (Photoshop & Illustrator)Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scriptsExperience:Instructional designer experience of 5 to 8 years in technical knowledge on various Wind Turbines (Operation, Maintenance & Installations).Education:Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or MechanicalSend CVs to hidden_email
