Kindly find further details below.Job Title - Quality ControlLocation - Ahmedabad / BarodaQualification - Msc / MTech (Life Science / Pharma)Experience - 12 to 15 YearsCTC - 16 LPAIndustry - A Leading Manufacturing IndustryRoles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise QC staff and oversees procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Observation of the results reports and analyse to find any deviations from quality standards.
  • Rectification and up gradation of the methodologies from time to time for better performance.
  • Updating the quality control and production staffs, their activities, performance and lacking.
  • Coordination with production department. Frequent checking of all records, consider the finding and correlate them with the results of QC testing before release of the batches.
  • Providing guidelines for the introduction of any new test or requirement as desired by the Govt. Authority.
  • Biochemical and Immunological analysis.
  • QC cell line preparation, Cell line characterisation, Cell culture based Bio Assays (Plaque assay, CCID50, Vaccine Potency etc)
  • To review documents related to Validations, Qualifications, Aseptic process simulation and process validation batches.
  • To ensure Stability management by preparation of stability protocols, Sample and test allotment review of raw data and
  • preparation of trends and summary reports.
  • Preparation, review of URS and Qualification of equipments.
  • To ensure Microbiology Activities (EMP, BET, Water Testing, Bio Burden Testing and Sterility Testing).
  • Raw Material Testing.
