Job Description

    Regional Manager3 - 5 yearsVadodaraResponsible for achieving regional sales targets of Cable vertical including specialty cables.Drive sales for Power, Control, EHV Cables Fire survival CablesResponsible for evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information to improve sales and profitability of the Cable verticalOrganize lead project teams consisting of various support groups to respond effectively to unique business opportunities.Responsible for Cable Sales marketing function including budget project objectives, policies, and operating procedures.Develop strategic profiles of key / potential competitors and forecast markets, business volume, and market share.Provide marketing support for corporate strategic planning.Establish and maintain close ties with customers support groups.Evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans forecasts, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives.Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.Responsible for Developing and executing a sales plan for the assigned territoryRequired to Travel stay at various locations.Education Qualification Electrical Engineer.Knowledge Skills :3- 5yrs of experience in heading managing a regional team.Target oriented, strong team management skillsRequires excellent communication skills, presentation, analytical negotiation skills.Requires strategic planning skills, and the ability to translate corporate/business unit goals objectives into realistic marketing sales plans.Strong Contacts within cable market segments are highly desirable.Candidates with adequate experience in dealing with Government bodies/ Industry / Relevant projects Electrical segment will be preferred
