Job Description

    To build and nurture relationship with clients in the corporate segment and generate business and revenue for the bank. To handle 30 to 35 clients at any time. To sell and cross sell various products offered by the bank to these customers.Functional Responsibilities:SourcingConduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcingCold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for banking requirementsConduct market visits and promote Banks various products to prospective customersPeriodically visit existing customers and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sellParticipate in product promotion events organized in partnership with key industry stake holdersRespond to loan requests received through external channels Financial Advisory service providers, Chartered Accountants, etc.Credit Underwriting & Credit RatingCollect KYC documents, financial statements and other collateral related documents from borrowersConduct borrower and collateral de-dupe checks in the systemCoordinate with credit analysts and complete minimum eligibility checksConduct personal discussions, perform secondary research & prepare market study reportsAnalyze financial statements and credit score applications Pre and Post disbursementCoordinate with borrower to accept the sanction letter complete signing of loan agreement and T&C documentsCoordinate with Credit Admin team for completing compliance checks before disbursement of credit facilityCoordinate with Central Operations team for account openingMonitoring of the account post disbursalEnsure compliance with sanction termsProductAssist Product Team in new product launches by conducting market studiesConduct marketing activities to promote new products launchedAny other tasks assigned by the bank.Competencies required for role:(a) Communication(b) Sales Skills(c) Relationship management(d) Leadership skills(e) Ability to attract good talent(f) Team Development(g) Planning and Implementation(h) Resource Allocation(i) Achievement Orientation
