Job Description

Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees daily work and schedules of technicians.
Assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of existing and developing technology and trends in robotics
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Collaborates with developers, fellow engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and scope of the robotics project.
Designs and develops robotic prototypes.
Constructs, configures, tests, and debugs robots and robotic systems.
Installs, operates, calibrates, and maintains robots.
Assists with cost estimates and project calculations.

Required Skill/Abilities
FANUC and YASKAWA programming should be known.
Mechanical and pneumatic knowledge should be there.
Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in related field required, masters degree preferred.
At least three years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements
Sitework will be there.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
