Job Description

    Job Summary:The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales operations ofGallons premium water products across a designated region. This role involves formulating strategicplans, managing a team of Area Sales Managers, and ensuring the achievement of regional salestargets.Key Responsibilities:1.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives forGallons premium water.2.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, providing guidance and support toensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partnersin the region.4.Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth and market leadership.5.Collaborate with marketing teams to implement region-specific promotional campaigns andinitiatives.6.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.7.Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing reports and presenting insights to senior management.8.Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices.Qualifications:1.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.2.Proven track record of successful sales management in the packaged drinking water or relatedindustry.3.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team.4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.5.In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics and industry trends.6.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.7.Results-oriented and driven to exceed targets.
