Job Description

    Internal Job Title: Senior Industrial EngineerBusiness: Lucy Electric Manufacturing & Technologies India Pvt LtdLocation: Halol, Vadodara, GujaratJob Reference No: 3242As a Senior Industrial Engineer with us, you will provide: Support for product costing & cost reduction activities. Purchasing activities for prototyping. Validation built & Prebuilt activities for new products in IEC and at plant level.You will be responsible for product cost estimation at various stages of new product. Product cost tracking while handing over products to plants (at GR3 & GR4 level). You will also be responsible for validation built & prebuilt activities, identify manufacturing/assembly issues during this activity & discuss with design for same.Key AccountabilitiesThese will include: Support design team for designing of part with best /cost effective manufacturing method. Estimate product cost at GR2, GR3 level. Current surge of various products for various markets calls for. multiple costing. (e.g 12kV TnB, 12kV SEC, Aegis Ecotec, 3200A Acutec, 12kV RoW Phase 2 etc.) Support prototyping activities, prebuilt activities.Qualifications, Experience & Skills Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical with MV/LV switchgear background 8-10 years of experience Experience of CAD 2D/3D packages Knowledge of purchase order making or any ERP system Knowledge of Excel, power point.
