    1. Lead a team of skilled .NET developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET Core-based applications.
    3. Analyze and understand project requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
    4. Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing insights and proposing improvements.
    5. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
    6. Solve complex technical challenges, provide technical guidance, and assist in troubleshooting.
    7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing development processes and enhancing team productivity.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools related to .NET Core programming.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in .NET Core programming.
    3. Strong proficiency in .NET Core and related frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core).
    4. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
    5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    6. Self-driven and motivated individual with a passion for software development.
    7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    9. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
