Function Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-FRAME PLANT/WELD you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head - Weld Shop.The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOPs of the Weld Shop function. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. The position serves as a focal point of Frame Assembly operations within the company2. Requires coordination of work with direct reportee workmen, contractors, Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality product to Customer3. Read blueprints and technical drawings4. TPM , Improvements such as Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements5. with Production planning, execution ,estimating and reporting6. Shift Operations - A & B Shift A Day in the life Manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOPs of the Weld Shop function. Academic Qualification & Experience B.tech (Mechanical) ,or Diploma (mechanical) Technical Skills/Knowledge 1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation2. Experience of TPM3. Experience of Safety & HIRA4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints Behavioural Skills 1. Gujarati Language skills to deal with primarliy Gujarati based manpower2. Eye for details3. Comfortable to work in Shifts A B Shift4.
