    Dear Candidates,Greeting form Dezire Hr ServicesJob Specification/ Description Role:In this role, The Key Account Manager (Kam) Field Sales6 Day shiftsPackage 3LPA to 6LPA Incentive AllowanceWill drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in (Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi,Suraj,Mumbai,Jaipur,Vijaywada,Rajkot,) territory.Responsibilities:
    • On Ground understanding of the markets of (All The City) territory
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned partner accounts.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts.
    • Onboard new partners for the company and ensure there are actively contributing to the business
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
    • Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
    • Prior Experience of dealing with B2B Software products will be an advantage

    • Good Communication (English & Local Language), Negotiation Skills
