Job Description

    The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization. They play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and practices.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Proactively source candidates through online databases, professional networks, and other channels.Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.Interview Coordination:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and assessment tools.Provide logistical support to ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved.Candidate Evaluation and Selection:Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate offer terms as necessary.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.Prepare regular reports and updates for management on recruitment activities and outcomes.Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
