Job Description

    Job Summary: The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for the company. This includes developing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending candidates for hire. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop job postings and job descriptions to attract top talent.
    • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates.
    • Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process.
    • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
