Job Description

    Operational supervision is the process of overseeing the daily activities of a department or facility and managing the efficiency of its employees. This process involves making sure that each team within a department has the supplies and resources they need to produce the companys services or products.Operations SupervisorResponsibilities
    • Planning and executing departmental budgets.
    • Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
