Also support the sales team in daily operations. All support related to forecasts, analysis and reporting of specific branch cost lines (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances). Accurate & timely accounting in line with NAS. Key Responsibilities Business Support Claims management Fixed Assets and Trade asset Control Coordinate Period end closing deliverables Off Invoice discount scheme creation & control, INV upload Trade spend closing and budgetary control Pre and post evaluation coordination Sales Incentive working and controls closing & budgetary control subsidy audit Support sales team in understanding the result of their actions decisions on the field Analysis & Reporting Forecast Vs actual variance for all relevant P&L & Ensuring high forecast accuracy Keeping hygienic books through timely closure of old activities GRIRs etc All relevant reportings to HO and other functions Internal Controls Ensure clear controls in all areas as per guidelines. To ensure all processes guidelines as defined are being followed. Running compensatory controls. Periodic monitoring of all processes through self audit route and escalating issues & learning to avoid future risk. Knowledge Transfer Drive clear understanding of financial key figures within the team and outside to the sales SCM team including organizing on the job training sessions for non finance. Compliance Manage routine audit activities to ensure compliance on critical areas eg.
