Job Description

    We are hiring for the role of Relationship Manager for Leading insurance companies.CTC- 3.25+REM+INC(Includes travelling, food and budget hotel)The Candidate should be open to travel as there is extensive traveling in the profile.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :The Relationship managerhas the responsibility of driving sales through common service centers and achieving sales targets together from the assigned district centers/ geographies.Below are general expectations from this role:Target Achievement
    • Drive sales and achieve targets through the generation of leads from assigned district centers/ geographies.
    • Ensure the selling of company products in line with customer expectations.
    • Achieve business targets.
    Relationship Management
    • TheCSCis the key customer of the Business Development Manager and has to engage the VLEs DM-DC, SPM/Divisional Head and build an open and trusting relationship.
    • Engage the employees of theCSCin regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
    • Schedule field visits to mappedCSCcenters and meet VLEs for product and brand awareness creation, pitching on product customer benefits, and business potential, and providing sales training
    • Servicing of branding and marketing needs to VLEs inCSCcentres, enhancing relationships through rewarding and recognition of achiever VLEs
    • Identify potential VLE leads for HNI and business campaigns through field visits and align the Phone sales manager and ABH for business development
    • Organizing training programs with the help of DM-DC/SPMs/Divisional Heads in their areas of respective mapped geographies for VLEs, Self Help Groups, Societies
    • Provide Individual training support to VLEs
    • Conduct Joint customer calls with VLEs
    • Business Development Manager needs to engage and build a good rapport with the VLEs / District Managers / District Coordinators / Phone Sales Manager/ ABH
    • Promote products and services, build brand awareness through active participation in direct and virtual meetings for VLEs
    • Undertake field-level customer verification along with VLEs as and when required
    • Meet quantitative and qualitative targets on monthly basis.
    QUALITATIVE
    • Achieving sales targets through the generation of leads
    • Activate & PenetrateCSCcentres/ geographies for Insurance Sales
    • Arranging training programs for VLEs on products and selling skills
    • Increasing productivity of VLEs / Districts/geographies
    • New business, VLE activation, customer retention
