Job Description

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and direct the first shift Shipping Team. This is a working lead position.
Assign and re-assign tasks as necessary to
Establish targets and goals for completion of daily shipping and audits of documents.
Oversee work of others to ensure that the loading of trucks is done correctly.
Train existing and new employees, as needed.
Coordinate pulling of product for shipments based off of truck schedules.
Complete tasks as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
Priorities:
Verification of loading correct parts/orders on trucks.
Verification of Owners Manuals with shipments
Verification orders are loaded in such a way to ensure safe transit.
Constant attention to detail.
