Job Description

    HiGreetings from Buzzworks,We are hiring for one our client, please find the below details,Location: Chennai,Coimbatore,Vijayawada,Pune.Job role: Team Coach- HCCExperience : 5 yearsWorking in shifts: Regular shift timingsEmployment: Full time role
    • Periodically assessing the coders proficiency and routinely carrying out RCA
    • Identify training gaps and conduct training.
    • Responsible for conducting the knowledge checks and providing feedback or a
    • development plan for the coder who have not cleared the IRR, test, or quiz.
    • Clarifying and ensuring that all project inquiries are answered in accordance with
    • the time frame.
    • Review the error log captured by the auditors.
    • Make sure that the quality and security standards (HIPPA, ISO, and ISMS) are
    • followed both internally and externally, and educate staff members about them.
    • Responsible for conducting training and refresher sessions to continuously increase
    • the efficiency of the coders.
    • Helping the team work to achieve and maintain their quality goals.
    • Framing and updating the process guidelines on a need basis.
    • Flexible to swap between projects based on the business requirements.
    • Quality Improvement Initiatives.
    • Recognizing achievements
    Required Skills:
    • Medical Coding experience minimum of 5 years is preferred.
    • Worked at least 1 year as an SME / QA
    • Understanding of US Healthcare industry, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH
    • Experience in Risk Adjustment Coding is mandatory.
    • AAPC /AHIMA certification is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology
