    We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our products to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support and assistance to customers through on-site visits, phone calls, emails, and remote access tools.
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of products.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and faults in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product performance and improvements.
    • Document and maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and customer interactions.
    • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of products, providing guidance and support.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends through continuous learning and training.
    • Identify opportunities for service contract renewals, upgrades, and additional services to drive revenue growth.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions with customers.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (BE / BTech or Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical)
    • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
    • Familiarity with equipment and systems related to the industry (specify the industry relevant to the position, e.g., medical devices, industrial machinery, IT infrastructure, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
    • Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if applicable).
    • Certifications or training related to the industry or specific products (if applicable) is a plus.
