  • Own Large Appliances Warehouse operations - Do site selection, setup most efficient layout, scaleup operations from the scratch and oversee day-to-day operations of the DC
  • Work with central operations / planning team and do a detailed planning (DC space / manpower / MHEs / assets / consumables etc ) for BAU and peak and own flawless execution of the plan.
  • Set strategic direction / goals to the team for building a best in class DC
  • Build a most cost-efficient warehouse set a benchmark in cost
  • Workout most efficient storage solutions / MHEs for better space utilization
  • Define, monitor& track day-to-day operational metrics of the DC and ensure that all operational metrics meet the target consistently.
  • Work on different methods of manpower deployment for most optimal utilization of manpower.
  • Build a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, safety and kaizen in the DCs
  • Build strong and self-reliant team with high level of ownership and accountability.

  • Very good functional knowledge in warehouse operation
  • Strong in Analytical ability, problem solving & decision making
  • Strong in program Management & stakeholder management
  • Well versed in all Quality, Kaizen, Policies and procedure related Warehouse operation
