Job Description

    Our client is upcoming Financial Services organization, strategically covering PAN India operations. As per their expansion plans, we are looking for young and dynamic Business Development Managers at various location.The candidate will lead sales & marketing initiatives to generate and engage with business distributors & brands to build new business network for the company. The candidate should be focused with strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically while making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute an agreed strategy. Networking with distributors in the operational network is a must. The candidate should be disciplined in sales planning and reporting.Responsibilities
    • Overall responsible for creating brand awareness in the geography of operations
    • Identify, onboard & managing Distributors and Brands to reach out to potential target Retailers.
    • Training and hand holding sales team of the distributor to promote in their network
    • Meet dealers to onboard them on the credit program
    • Identify, onboard & manage suitable last-mile app downloaders, DSAs etc.,toensure downloads by the targeted customer base
    • Meet appointed customers to assess the risk and recommend suitableunderwriting steps to address identified risks at a system level
    • Ensure timely repayment by the customer leading to zero defaulter practice inthe business in coordination with anchor distributors and support team
    • Provide hand-in-hand support to the customer and help them grow.
    • Motivate the existing customer to increase his credit bandwidth.
    • Take new initiatives towards providing customer delight - implementFinancial Health CheckCandidates Background -
    • 3-5 years prior industry-related experience in building and managing distribution network
    • Hard core distribution sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Consumerdurable, Home Appliances, FMCG or BFSI are preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Focused and goal-oriented
    • Excellent networking skills
