Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - To Ensure SLA Delivery for each process - To maintain and improve quality of files processed by the Operations team - Ensure Accuracy & Diligence resulting into minimal misses - To drive customer service via branch customer service executives - To ensure all cash management services at the branch are delivered - To ensure Service to Sales Numbers are achieved on an ongoing basis - To Provide Feedback to HO teams to leverage existing Policies & find new opportunities & scope for improvement - To Support all New Initiatives & Functional Projects of the Function - Training & Development of team members to increase efficiency resulting into better productivity - To Coordinate across various cross functions & provide feedback for process improvement and opportunities - Ensuring Compliance & Integrity within the region - Monitor & Maintain minimum attrition , * Should have 8-10 years experience, and minimum 3 years managing branch operations Should be a post graduate preferably Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Self-motivated and a self-starter
