    • This position is responsible for assisting the worldwide sourcing of our raw materials, more specific the critical building blocks and securing the supply for our productions. This position shall assist in developing a strategic purchase plan and assist in supplier management to realize business objective.
    • This role holders mission includes building relationships with suppliers as a team member, assist in negotiating cost and developing agreements that helps our company to grow and become more sustainable and profitable.
    Job Responsibility
    • Appraise and improve the sourcing activities supporting the respective business objective and building sourcing intelligence which includes demand analysis, market and supply analysis, spend analysis, building and developing networks (internally and externally)
    • Assist in developing and execute the strategic sourcing, supporting the actual business and future business goals.
    • Efforts for the best potential purchasing opportunities, determine priorities related to the optimization of quality, delivery, prices and related risks from the supplier risk assessment
    • Support the qualification and selection process by e.g. performing supplier assessments.
    • Establish the necessary agreements in support of the purchase to pay process and hand over the necessary information to procurement colleagues (Including conditions for processing of purchase orders)
    • Managing any SLAs that may be in place and managing any master agreements between the suppliers and the company.
    • Manage the sourcing strategy, steer the supplier management, and develop supplier relations accordingly.
    • Search and share market insights (e.g. evolution of prices and cost structures, market developments etc)
    • Skill Requirements
    • MBA / PG in Material Management or Masters / bachelor s in engineering in chemistry, economy or equivalent by experience
    • Willing to travel as required for the role
    • Have proven negotiation skills and are an excellent business communicator.
    • Build and develop networks (internally and externally)
    • Have a Strong commercial mind set and a good understanding of business processes and business needs.
    • Assist in manage deadlines
    • Awareness of English, Hindi languages (Oral and written) essential. Dutch language speaking knowledge would be an added advantage.
