Job Description

We provide qualified talent for the clients.Job Title: Voice and accent CoachLocation: Visakhapatnam, Gambhiram, Andhra Pradesh 531163Duration: Full-TimeShifts: Night Shift onlyRoles and responsibilities:
    • Train new hires and existing ones for enhancing communication skills, soft skills, phone etiquettes, customer handling skills.
    • Up-skill existing employees.
    • Actively involved in TNI & TNA to cater to business needs.
    • Develop content for basis the learning needs of the training batch.
    • Monitor calls on Communication, Soft Skills, and Customer Service Parameters.
    • Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance recruiter performance.
    • Analyze Audit data, Compliance, Communication-related data.
    • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
    • Support floor Training Initiatives: Resolution & Communication /Vitality Training/ etc.
    • Run planned campaigns to drive Awareness/Improvements on Customer Service, Communication & Call Handling.
    Skills:
    • Hands-on experience in Voice and Accent training.
    • Extensive knowledge of linguistics speech patterns and acquisition of foreign accents.
    • Good knowledge of the sound formation and use of breathing.
    • Strong understanding of sounds from a variety of languages.
    • Excellent understanding of speech therapy techniques for voice and accent training.
    • Good teaching methodology with a hands-on modeling approach.
    • Terrific oral and written communication skills.
    • Works well both one on one and in group training sessions.
    • Good Feedback, Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
    • Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
