Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities: Trend Analysis and Consumer Insights: Identify and analyze fashion trends and consumer preferences to align product designs with market demands. Concept Development: Plan and create mood boards inspired by nature-based themes and international trends/forecasts to guide product design concepts. Design Creation: Develop innovative designs for sustainable bags based on mood boards, emphasizing utility, aesthetics, style, and eco-friendly materials. Digital Sketches and Prototypes: Create digital sketches and illustrations to visualize designs, collaborating with the production team to bring prototypes to life Fabric and Material Selection: Identify and incorporate eco-friendly fabrics and materials into the product line, ensuring sustainability is a top priority. Color Sense and Graphics: Apply a strong color sense to develop new combinations in line with the latest trends and create prints and graphics for the products. Quality and Production Oversight: Identify potential quality, production, and design issues, making recommendations for improvements to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Consumer-Centric Approach: Understand consumer pain points and develop stylish, problem-solving products that resonate with our target audience. Product Development Ownership: Take charge of the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to production, ensuring the latest in sustainable products are brought to market. Qualifications: 2-5 years relevant experience designing handbags and other lifestyle accessories. Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design principles. Strong creative and artistic skills with an excellent eye for detail. A degree in product/accessories design Proficient with software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw for keeping in pace with the fast-growing brand Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with crossfunctional teams. A deep passion for sustainability and environmental consciousness. Ability to stay updated with fashion trends and forecast changes in consumer preferences.
