Job Description

    Job Title: Leasing ManagerNegotiation and Deal Closure:Negotiate lease agreements to achieve favorable terms for the company. Conduct market analysis to determine appropriate rental rates and leasing terms.Prospecting and Acquisition:Identify potential tenants through proactive prospecting and networking. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution.Legal Compliance:Ensure that all leasing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review lease agreements.Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis related to leasing decisions, including rent forecasting andbudgeting. Monitor and report on leasing performance and variances.Qualifications/Experience:
    • Proven experience of 5 years in leasing, preferably in real estate.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
    • Should be a team player.
    • Preferred experience in IPCs or real estate would help.
