Job Description

    Responsible for Billing and Invoicing, Maintaining Balance Sheet, Accounts, GST Filing, Eway bill, Bank Statements.Key Requirements: Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting operations. Maintain Accounting Ledgers Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports and reconcile financial statements. Generating invoices, Purchase Orders and assist audit activities, GST and TDS filing. Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger and reconcile financial statements. Checking Leave salary and Final settlement of all employees. Administers and. processes all Petty Cash transactions. In charge of all administrative matters in relation to the companyQualifications and Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) Hands-on experience with accounting software and Particularly Tally (latest Version) Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role Good data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors Good organizational and time-management abilities Accounting Experience : 1-5 years,
