Constant innovation and aggressive marketing have resulted in steady growth for the company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for AGM/DGM Sales located in Ahmedabad at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The primary responsibility of the AGM/DGM Sales is to identify potential business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. The AGM/DGM Sales will lead the sales team and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field 15 years of progressive sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. and exposure to speciality segments like cardio/ diabeto/ Nephrology. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment,
