    Manage direct customer sourcing through contact centre & open market to pitch LAP products to build a quality portfolio Conduct and representin marketing events, sales & brand building activities to attract new customersReaching and meeting out new and existingcustomers, negotiating, and explaining the LAP product to the customers. Completing the documentation and closing the LAP transactionCarry out pre and post loan activities to the LAP Customers, acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clientsWorking with support functions for optimum TAT & service deliveryMust have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team
