Job Description

    Flipspaces is looking to hire entrepreneurial Business Development Managers requiring high order ownership and resourcefulness. In this role, you will be entrusted with scaling up a new business vertical reaching out and onboarding New Customers in the form of furniture and furnishing retailers.The product is a cutting - edge Software application which helps furniture and Furnishing brands, manufacturers and retailers showcase their catalogues virtually. This allows them to engage better with customers and cut down on cost of physical cataloguing and real estate required to merchandise their products Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate and service new leads amongst distributors and dealers of Tile or Ceramics Products and allied industries
    • Selling technology licenses to distributors and dealers of Tile or Ceramics Products and allied Industries.
    • Assisting in integration of products portfolio from on-boarded clients.
    • Consistently achieve desired sales targets and look after account management.
    • Initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones
    • Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities.
    • Formulate roadmap for new account acquisition and ensuring effective execution.
    • Train & mentor new recruits including career planning for each member of the team.
    • Travelling To Client Location And Training Staff
    • Giving product demos to customers of our retail/distributor partners
    • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
    • Research key customer wants, needs and complaints & suggest solutions
    • Ensure the ordered products/features/solutions are delivered in a timely manner
    • Serve as contact point (SPOC) for key customers and internal teams
    • Research and source new potential clients
    • Measure, track and analyse key account metrics
    Desired Candidate & Skills:
    • 3-10 Years work experience in Channel Sales with leading brands in Tiles or Ceramics Industry Only
    • Has a good network among distributors and dealers across the Tiles or Ceramics Products space only.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and Monthly.
    • Experience of dealing with dealers, distributors and supply chain stakeholders
    • A go-getter, with never say no attitude
