Job Description

    Job Role and Responsibilities
      1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer training to enhance the teams skills and productivity.
      2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and gain a competitive edge. Identify potential market segments and explore new business opportunities to drive business growth.
      3. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate agencies, and other referral sources. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer issues or concerns promptly.
      4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies governing home loans or mortgages. Oversee accurate and timely completion of documentation and ensure adherence to the loan approval process.
      5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
      6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of market dynamics.
      7. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring effective utilization of resources to achieve desired results.
      8. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and provide seamless customer experiences.
